Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Certain items (digital goods, final sale products) are non-returnable.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Wearique shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, unless you opt out within 30 days of first acceptance. Small claims court actions are also permitted.
You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may revise these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or site notice. By continuing to use Wearique after changes become effective, you accept the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
